This website is owned and operated by Martin Wiesner. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors 3d printing, scanning and design services including 3d printed automotive parts. By accessing or using the website to acquire our service or to buy products, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Wiesner3D is not associated or affiliated with Dr. Ing.h.c. F. Porsche AG or their dealership network ("Porsche"). The products we design and manufacture are not original or genuine Porsche parts and in no way do we wish to create that impression. The word Porsche and any brand logos appearing in images on our website or literature are for information purposes only.
Model designations on our website or literature are used for identification purposes and to clarify the intended purpose and to which models it may apply.
All products purchased from Wiesner3D are used at the buyer's own risk and Wiesner3D and its owner(s) are not liable for any damage to vehicles or other property resulting from the use of any of their products.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed where applicable, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us at using the message facility on the bottom of the home screen. If you would like to access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, you are invited to contact us using the same procedure.
Before returning any goods you should contact us to inform us of your intention to return and the reason for cancelling your order.
We will accept stock items for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused and undamaged.
Incorrectly ordered, or stock items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Non-stock/special ordered items may not be returned unless specifically agreed by ourselves beforehand and will be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge.
All returns are at the customers cost, this includes any cost of sending item back. For export returns: In order to avoid customs charges please mark the outside of your package 'RETURNED GOODS FAILED SALE'
